Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the jomcuciasia platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital medium — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the jomcuciasia platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Important Note: These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jomcuciasia (the platform operator). Please ensure you understand the contents before proceeding with registration.
To register and use jomcuciasia services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Not legally prohibited in your country or region from participating in online gaming activities.
- Register voluntarily in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
- Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming program.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Warning: jomcuciasia uses both automated and manual verification methods to enforce age restrictions. Any attempt to circumvent the age verification system constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jomcuciasia. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
- Keeping your information current and updating it whenever changes occur.
- Keeping your username and password secure and not sharing them with anyone.
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify jomcuciasia immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
Identity verification (KYC) is required for all accounts before the first withdrawal can be processed. Documents that may be requested include MyKad, proof of current address, and bank statements.
Jomcuciasia supports a variety of deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
- Minimum deposit: MYR 20 for standard deposits; MYR 50 for deposits via certain methods.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Jomcuciasia does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit from an external source will be returned.
- Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
- Jomcuciasia is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Important: All deposited funds are intended for entertainment purposes only. jomcuciasia reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds if any suspicious transactions are detected.
Withdrawal of wins at jomcuciasia is processed according to the following procedure:
- Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 for standard withdrawals.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit (payment method compatibility).
- KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Processing time: 1–24 hours for standard users; under 1 hour for VIP Platinum members.
- Jomcuciasia reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding MYR 10,000.
- Winnings obtained using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
Attention: jomcuciasia reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation if there are doubts about the legitimacy of account activity. This is a protective measure for all parties.
Jomcuciasia offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in each respective promotional offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds and any associated wins can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Jomcuciasia reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse promotions — including multiple registrations for bonus purposes — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
Jomcuciasia users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play any games on the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering.
- Opening multiple accounts or using a false identity to register.
- Exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other players.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the jomcuciasia platform.
Consequences of Violation: jomcuciasia reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or immediately close an account without notice and forfeit all account balances if a serious breach is proven.
Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and jomcuciasia. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials.
- Use a strong, unique password for your jomcuciasia account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
- Do not log in to your account on public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
- Jomcuciasia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Be alert to phishing attempts.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account to the jomcuciasia support team immediately.

Account Closure and Suspension
Your account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:
- At the user's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be returned after the verification process.
- By jomcuciasia: We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts without notice in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity.
- Inactive: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed with 30 days' notice.
Once an account has been closed due to a terms violation, the user is not permitted to open a new account at jomcuciasia using the same or a different identity.
Jomcuciasia provides its platform on a best-effort basis to ensure service continuity. However, we are not liable for:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or power outages.
- Losses arising from technical failures or connection disruptions on the user's end.
- Game outcomes that have been validly settled in accordance with the relevant game rules.
- Fraudulent actions by third parties unrelated to jomcuciasia.
Disclaimer: All games on the jomcuciasia platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by a licensed independent testing body. Game results are random and final.
